AC890 Series AC Variable Frequency Drives
The AC890 system driver is a modular AC motor driver performance unit that can be combined to form a complete multi-segment drive system that saves space, reduces wiring, and provides an excellent system. The safety torque switch function (PLE of the SIL3 or according to EN ISO13849 and EN 61800-5-2 classes) furnaces provides the framework.
The AC890 offers V/F, sensorless vector, closed-loop flux vector and servo position control, from simple AC motor control parts to more demanding parts. The AC890 comes in a wide variety of sizes and grades as well as input and output types, making it a solution for motion control projects.
The AC890 can be configured with five motor control modes
V / Hz - This mode is suitable for basic speed control or multi-motor parallel control.
Sensorless vector - With a cutting-edge sensorless vector algorithm, the AC890 delivers high starting torque and fast speed regulation without the need for any speed measuring devices.
Closed loop vector - AC890 with encoder feedback option can achieve full closed loop flux vector performance. Provides 100% full load static torque and high dynamic response speed loop which satisfy ,ost of the application requirements.
PMAC Servo Control – Permanent Magnet Servo Motor upto 400kW with a range of feedback options.
Active Front End (AFE) - used for line regeneration. This is used for applications for situations where 4-Q or continuous braking is required. The regenerative energy is returned to the grid, ensuring a power factor of 1 and a very low current harmonic content (THD is less than 3%).
The AC890 is compatible with any AC motor and any speed/position feedback option. With this flexibility, you do not need to replace existing AC motors to achieve high performance.

The performance of AC890 inverter provides a level suitable for your application's needs. With 2 different performance levels, the AC890 system allows for flexibility of use.
Advanced performance
Basic links virtual machine feature blocks: mathematical functions, Boolean logic, timers, counters, plus: Motion adds a position loop, motion control function block control firmware, move increment, move, line drive main ramp and part control, (surface plasma wave, coplanar waveguide) winding machine block, fully functional PID, state machine, etc.
High performance
Advanced performance features, plus: Library pre-designed virtual dedicated connection feature blocks such as: shaftless printing, cut to Length, precision winding, traversal, etc.
