AC120 Inverter is a compact AC driver with modular structure. Achieve open and closed loop speed and position control, can drive AC induction motor and permanent magnet servo motor, can be used in single machine and system applications, while compatible with a variety of feedback options, means that the AC120 can drive a variety of AC motor and can receive the vast majority of speed/position feedback signal formats. Based on this flexibility, customers do not even need to replace existing AC motor ports to meet the requirements of high-performance applications, achieving both time and cost savings.

I.Characteristics:
AC120 can be configured with 5 different control modes to meet different process requirements:
1. V/F control mode
This mode is ideal for basic single-machine or multi-motor speed control
2. Sensorless vector control (open loop vector control) mode
Using a powerful high-performance sensorless vector control algorithm, the AC120 can achieve high torque output and closed-loop speed adjustment in the full speed range (below the base frequency) without any speed feedback devices.
3. Closed-loop vector control mode
By adding an encoder feedback card, the AC120 can achieve closed-loop flux vector control performance. Zero speed can continuously output full load torque, using high dynamic response speed loop, can meet the requirements of most complex applications.
4. Quadrant 4 AFE control mode
With this control mode, perfect power (sinusoidal sweep unit power factor) feedback is achieved, including only the very low current harmonic component (THD< 5%).
