2. Check whether the brush pressure between the brushes is uniform and whether the pressure finger is pressed well. Check to see if the brush edges are cracked and the room is damaged to the minimum length.

3. For the closed cooling system, attention should be paid to the water receding and the wind deflating, and the cooler should be checked for water leakage and knot surge, and the supplementary air net is blocked or not.

4. Dc motor governor in operation should check the temperature, vibration, sound and commutation of each part, and should pay attention to whether there is overheating discoloration and insulation burnt smell.

5. In order not to overload the motor, please note the current and voltage of the motor at all times. Dc systems with insulation check packages should be periodically checked for ground insulation.

6. Check whether the oxide film on the surface of the commutator is normal. There is no spark between the brush and the commutator, there is no carbon powder and oil dirt accumulation on the surface of the commutator, and there is no ash accumulation on the brush holder and brush grip.

7. Check whether the electric brush braid is complete, whether there is fracture and broken strand phenomenon, whether the connection with the drama frame is good, whether there is ground and short circuit. Check whether the brush or brush braid is discolored due to overheating, and whether the brush is stuck or wobbled in the brush grip.
